Take a Tour of the Cancer Centre
Level 3 is our main level, and specific areas include:
- Main reception desk
- Volunteer office
- Resource centre
- Supportive care
- Radiation planning and treatment
- Sanctuary
| Main Reception Desk: As you enter through the front doors, the Main Reception Desk is on your left. You will register and check in with the receptionists at this desk each and every time you come to the centre. The receptionists and volunteers are available to help you find your way to your appointment area. |

| Volunteer Office: The Volunteer Office is located to the right of the front doors. Volunteers (dressed in blue vests) will be ready and waiting to assist you with directions and locating information. |

| Patient Resource Centre: The Resource Centre is located next to the Volunteer Office. The Resource Centre has a wide variety of helpful information for patients and family members. |

| Supportive Care: Supportive Care is located just past the Resource Centre. There is a comfortable waiting room with a fireplace at one end for patients and visitors and overlooks one of the two healing gardens surrounding the Centre. The Supportive Care Program secretary will be happy to assist you. Please ensure that the secretary knows where you are (i.e., in the healing garden) if you are waiting for your appointment. |

| Radiation planning and treatment: This is a large area that consists of planning rooms, offices and radiation treatment suites. The reception desk for radiation treatment is located next to the Resource Centre. You will have to register at the Main Reception Desk located by the front doors of the Cancer Centre before proceeding to your radiation appointment. |

| Sanctuary: The Sanctuary is a quiet place for meditation or spiritual reflection shared with the hospital. It is located along the corridor past the radiation reception area, near the hospital lobby. |
