RIDE WITH LANCE Welcome to Ride with Lance Presented by Sunnybrook Foundation in partnership with Grand River Regional Cancer Centre Ride with Lance is an exciting, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to spend a day in the company of cancer survivor and seven-time Tour de France winner, Lance Armstrong. For one day only, on June 14th, 2008, Lance Armstrong will take to the road with an exclusive group of riders from within the community, raising funds for the fight against cancer. This truly unique event is taking place in support of the Odette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Regional Cancer Centre at Grand River Hospital. The ride will not only provide an incredible opportunity to spend time with a true hero, but will also raise much-needed funds for the cancer programs at Sunnybrook and Grand River.
